About Samantha Murray

Samantha Murray PA-C is a native of Southern New Jersey. She was interested in medicine from a young age and rather than attending traditional high school, Samantha attended Gloucester County Institute of  Technology where she majored in health science as a high school student.  After high school, Samantha received her Bachelor's degree in Biomolecular  Science from New York University School of Engineering in 2013. As an undergraduate student at NYU, Samantha was selected to promote STEM  education in a community preschool in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. There, she taught weekly on topics such as solar energy, the human immune system, and nutrition. She also worked as a teaching assistant in the department of biology where she worked along professors in labs helping students as they studied anatomy, physiology, genetics, and microbiology.  

After completing her studies at NYU, Samantha studied at the Philadelphia  College of Osteopathic Medicine. She graduated from PCOM in 2015 with a  Master's in Health Science with a focus in Physician Assistant Studies.  After passing the Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam, she began working at a family practice in her hometown of Swedesboro, NJ. Since then,  Samantha has continued to work in Primary Care gaining experience with preventative medicine and treating acute and chronic illnesses. She has a  passion for patient education, women's health and caring for underserved populations including the LGBT community.
